"We are proud to introduce "Hogan from FineGermanShepherds!" Hogan is a substantial, six month old male pup from Major and Kimber. He was born last May 22, 2009. Hogan is a playful and affectionate boy. He loves playing ball and tuggy toys. He is always ready for a new game. Hogan is very responsive to touch. He can be in a lively, playful mood, when all I have to do is gently run my hand down his back and he settles down almost immediately. Hogan has been learning how to heel on a leash, come, sit, stay, and lay down. We try to make training time positive and fun. He is good on car rides and is completely crate trained. Hogan is also house trained, though I do not leave him unattended because he is still in a puppy stage where he could get into things. Hogan is happy to lay by our side and take a nap when things are quiet. He is also ready for action and loves open space and exercise. Hogan has been learning how to respect cats. He really tries to behave around them, but every once in a while he is still tempted to chase one in a playful way. Hogan has not had any experience around small children, but would do well when introduced to them properly. Hogan is already learning how to be a watch dog. He is trying to learn what to bark at and what not to bark at. This is normal at his age.

Hogan is up to date on all shots including rabies. He had a great 6 month well baby check up. He weighed in at 83 pounds. Hogan is going to be a large male. I approximate him to be about 27 inches at the withers when full grown and will weigh about 110 pounds with all of this being lean muscle. We are offering Hogan to an approved home for 1,200.00.
